    If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the unused portion for an exchange or refund (less shipping and handling) within 60 days from the date of purchase. Returns that are older than 60 days will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for ten or more of the same items. Only one opened item of the same product is eligible for return.     Due to the high value of orders over $250, they may require a signature to ensure your package is delivered properly.

    We do offer promotions to try free products from time to time. If you take advantage of one of these offers, you are required to pay the shipping fee for that item even if you combine it with other orders/products. Free item offers do not count towards the free shipping over $600.
